CEO – Peymaneh Mokhtar Rothstein

Peymaneh is a film producer with a vision of creating extraordinary, social-conscious films with a message.

Ms. Rothstein grew up in Iran during the Iran-Iraq War. There she witnessed immeasurable destruction caused by bombings in her hometown and as close as her own street. It was through her survival in these dangerous times that Ms Rothstein developed her steadfast belief that “life is a precious gift.” This belief continues to touch everything in which Ms. Rothstein is involved.

Aside from her filmmaking ventures, Ms. Rothstein founded Precious Time Centers in July of 2001, which provides on-site childcare facilities at corporations across the country.

As a professional woman and mother of two young daughters, she understands first hand the challenges of finding the balance between work and family. Ms. Rothstein strives daily to serve humanity through fostering strong family bonds and enriching the lives of her own children, and children everywhere. A results-oriented person with great determination, Ms. Rothstein sets ambitious goals and achieves remarkable results, and not just for herself, for the benefit of all those whose life she touches.

Exec Producer and Consultant – Mahboubeh Sahebi

Mahboubeh Sahebi earned her degree in Law from Iran and comes to us with over 25 years of experience as a business entrepreneur with expertise in multiple industries including agriculture, fashion, and commercial real estate. Ms. Sahebi has also served on multiple advisory boards for major corporations, guiding them through acquisitions and the growth of their companies. Her love for children and her two daughters drive her every day to help positively impact the next generation. We are honored to have her on our team.

Mahboubeh, along with Peymaneh, serves on multiple boards for other like-minded non-profit companies such as IBD Strong to make this world a better place.

Producer and Actress – Sarah Lynn Dawson

Sarah is a British actress and filmmaker who trained as an actress at the New York’s Lee Strasberg Institute of Film and Television. She has British and European ancestry. She voiced the role of the Mother in the Oscar Nominated Feature Film I Lost My Body (2019). She played the role of Angie in Love in the Time of Pandemic. She also produces and acts in the twenty one episode podcast ‘Stepping into Shakespeare’, which features readings of Hamlet and Twelfth Night. She also played the lead role of Alice Clark the LAPD’s first female detective in the 1940’s film noir Unsolved (2015), which she also produced. This film was an Official Selection of Women Up! Independent Film Festival, Official Selection of the Silicon Beach Film Festival, Official Selection of California Women’s Film Festival and an Official Selection of the Ozark Film Festival. Other films she has appeared in, include Duality (2015), which she wrote and acted inand which was narrated by Deepak Chopra and premiered at the Hollyshorts Film Festival.

She starred in theatre productions throughout her school years at boarding school, playing lead roles in several Greek Tragedies. After pursuing academia and graduating from the University of Leeds with a BA Hons Degree in Sociology, Sarah realized her future career lay in the performing arts and after acting in several independent films, she was cast in a play ‘Reality TV’ directed by Jim Tommaney. At this time she started writing and completed her first feature script. She then moved to New York and studied acting at The Lee Strasberg Institute of Film and Television in New York, on their two year conservatory program.

She made her Off-Broadway debut in the Manhattan Repertory Theater’s production of ‘Men’ directed by Ken Wolfe, quickly followed by another Off-Broadway appearance in the showcase ‘Conflict’, at The Producers Club, before moving to Los Angeles. In LA she was accepted on the prestigious BAFTA/LA Newcomers program and also became an Observer at The Actors Studio where she learned from Martin Landau and the teachers there. Writer and Filmmaker – Eliie Roth aka Seleste Moon

Eliie is a multidisciplinary storyteller whose work bridges the worlds of film, writing, visual art, and photography. With a creative voice rooted in both vulnerability and vision, Eliie crafts narratives that explore identity, memory, and the quiet, complicated beauty of human connection.

Her passion for storytelling extends beyond the screen—Eliie is also an award-winning writer and artist. In 2025, she received a National Honorable Mention from the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, a recognition that speaks to her dedication to honest, emotionally resonant work. Whether through a script, a photograph, or a stroke of paint, her art invites audiences to see the world through a lens that is both tender and unflinching.

Eliie’s films often blur the lines between reality and dreamscape, pulling from her deep love of visual storytelling and her lifelong habit of noticing the small, meaningful details. With an eye for capturing raw emotion and a heart tuned to the lyrical, she brings a distinct and reflective perspective to every project she touches.
